Refund Policy

Kamran School is committed to providing a specialized educational environment for students with autism spectrum disorder. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines the terms under which donations and tuition payments may be refunded or credited.

Donations

All donations are final and nonrefundable. Please check the amount you are inputting for donation before submitting to ensure no mistakes have been made in the amount you would like to donate to Kamran School.

Private Pay Tuition Payment Schedule

Those families who choose to enroll their child at Kamran School without being placed at Kamran School by their local public school district, are financially responsible for the entire cost of their child’s attendance of Kamran School. Tuition is billed quarterly, with payments due prior to July 1, October 1, January 2, and April 1. Private pay families may also opt to pay the annual tuition in full prior to July 1 of each year.

Tuition Refund Circumstances

If a private pay family decides to withdraw their child from Kamran School during the school year (anytime between July 1 and June 30), they forfeit the tuition for the current quarter. Kamran School will refund any additional tuition for that year to families who have prepaid for the entire year. For those paying on a quarterly basis, Kamran School will stop charging beyond the current quarter.

Withdrawal and Refunds

Notice Requirement: Families wishing to withdraw a student from Kamran School must provide written notice to the administration at least 30 days prior to the withdrawal date.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of severe illness, family relocation, or other significant life events, families may request a review of their situation for potential exceptions to this policy. Such requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, the parent or guardian must submit a written request to the school’s administration detailing the reason for withdrawal and providing any required documentation. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

Changes to Policy

Kamran School reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Updates will be communicated to all private pay families enrolled in the school and will be made available on our website.
